Salt City Citrus IPA

Dry Hopping Salt City Citrus IPA is a glorious event for Shades of Pale Brewers.  It’s a time for celebration.  It’s a time for jubilee.  The beer is almost ready and is now getting it’s finishing touch.  The brewery can’t wait to debut this new beer, it’s going to wow and enchant those lucky enough to get their lips on it.  It’s refreshing.  It’s citrus-cy.  It’s juicy and just right down delicious.

New Beer is almost ready

The espresso stout just keeps getting better and better.   We’ve just had a blending session and the beer is in the finishing tank.  This year’s release is a collaboration with two other local artisans, Daily Rise Espresso and Millcreek Cacao.  The for the coffee we’ve used a blend of premium Colombian, Sumatran and Ethiopian beans.  The stout is coming in at 8% abv and finishing with the cocoa nibs.  Expect a coffee forward beer with a hint of chocolate.

Artist Rebecca Bird Mortensen

If you missed November’s Group Gallery Show “Shades of Earth”, well, you missed out.  However, here is a short clip about featured artist Rebecca Bird Mortensen.   Rebecca grew up in a Ranch near Teton National Park.  Naturally much of her art is inspired by the spirit and beauty of the Mountain West.
