Tap Room Opening

Chow Truck SLCWe are busy busy busy making arrangements for Saturday.  Why?  Yep! The day has finally come when we open the Tap Room.  The City just signed off on the last of the building requirements for Phase 1.   After years of waiting to open the brewery tasting room,  having to have laws changed, and meeting all kinds of crazy requirements we don’t want to hold things up further.   It’s not a fancy place yet, but what we have has been built with much love and you in mind.  We are running around making arrangements and securing supplies.   Bar stools are being made by a brewery neighbor in the furniture business and may not be all done by Saturday, so you may want to grab a camp chair and throw it in the car just to make sure you’re comfy.  Think of it as a tail gate party.  Lol.  We are still working on the music but we have confirmed the Chow Truck and the Polorican!  More details to come.  Always good to check our facebook page.   Opening time 11:30am.  Closing: Midnight.Polorican 7

Thank you for Stellar Reviews

SP Review at Brewvies

Sweet Surprise. Thank you! Ben Preston and all of you who have left reviews. Just read the porter is a “taste sensation”. Reviews actually make a HUGE difference, weather they be on google, or Foursquare, yelp, etc. Your opinion really counts, it helps people who don’t know us, and helps us be found on the web. In this case, we checked our website analytics and found that we were getting a lot of referrals from brewvies. When we googled it, guess what we found? Ben’s review on Four Square. Again, many thanks to all of you who have taken the time to leave a review.
